Runcorn Roof Survey – Insurance Inspection

Another day, another rooftop. We were in Runcorn today for a residential roof inspection following recent storm damage. Commissioned by an insurance company, the brief was to provide a detailed aerial survey to assess the extent of the weather-related issues.

Using the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise, we captured high-resolution photographs and 4K video from multiple angles. The drone’s close-proximity flying capabilities allow us to inspect chimneys, tiles, flashing and gutters safely, without needing scaffolding or cherry pickers.

The entire visit took just under an hour, with over 150 photos and a full video survey delivered to the surveyor by the end of the day. These kinds of drone surveys are becoming increasingly popular for their speed, safety, and cost efficiency.
